I found a beautiful spacious apartment with high ceilings - exactly what I wanted. The staff are friendly and promptly respond to questions/requests. The amenities (including multiple gyms, yoga classes, a pool, a grocery store, and several common rooms) are particularly nice, and easy to access, regardless of which building you live in. Easy walking distance to OTR, fountain square, and a half mile from the stadiums.

The Groton Lofts are great. I have lived here for a number of years and have had a great experience. The building is quieter than its Towne Property peers and yet has access to all the amenities that those buildings offer. The staff is attentive and has taken care of the few issues I've had quickly - Danne always responds quickly and happily. I really enjoy living here.
