Overall a very great apartment community. Have been living between the Shillito and Groton building since I moved from Michigan 3 years ago. Perfect location, lots of amenities, and updated apartment units. I plan to live here until I'm ready to buy something but will be very sad when that time comes!

I've had a good experience so far with Towne Properties. The staff is always nice and when maintenance is needed they are quick to respond. I appreciate the community events that they have and the complimentary coffee and bottled water!

I enjoy living in a historic building in a walkable city - I get to experience all the charm for a great value. My apartment had everything I wanted at a lower cost than most buildings/rental companies downtown. Signing a lease was a no brainer.

Very nice community. The residents at the Groton tend to stick to themselves more than the other Towne properties. Most of us get to know each other in the elevator so this residence is highly recommended for those who like their privacy.

Great community at Groton Lofts and perfectly located downtown. Beautiful views, ammeneties and a staff that responds quickly to all inquiries. I am extremely happy I chose this property. They have fantastic since the beginning and I just passed my one-year mark!
