I found a beautiful spacious apartment with high ceilings - exactly what I wanted. The staff are friendly and promptly respond to questions/requests. The amenities (including multiple gyms, yoga classes, a pool, a grocery store, and several common rooms) are particularly nice, and easy to access, regardless of which building you live in. Easy walking distance to OTR, fountain square, and a half mile from the stadiums.

The team at Towne Properties have been so wonderful. If I ever have a problem or need maintenance, they are always willing to bend over backwards; whether it’s cleaning my carpets to replacing an appliance - they are great. The Groton Lofts are great. I have lived here for a number of years and have had a great experience. The building is quieter than its Towne Property peers and yet has access to all the amenities that those buildings offer.
